cmc589-the necessary ninja of TASCOM...where am I

« on: July 29, 2010, 07:00:59 PM »

Alright so since there is off topic here and I know we all like music I thought I would tell you all about my headphones and ask you all what you prefer.  I have a pair of Skullcandy titans (these are in ear earbuds) and absolutely love them they sound great.  I am also ordering a pair of Skullcandy hesh (over ear heaphones) and they should be here soon i will tell you about them once i get them.  What kind and brand do you prefer?

I use my titans daily but want some over ears and have had bad luck with bose and some sony ones that were about $60 each these I have heard my friends and really like but yes the titans are amazing especially with the bass boosted through your eq.

I always break my Skullcandies. I owned 3 pairs of over-ear headphones by them and blew the speakers out on every one.

I use Philips earbuds. They work fine, and are a wee bit more discreet than the flashy Skullcandies.

I've got the Bose in ear headphones. They have the most amazing sound! Totally worth the money!

I'm actually getting some Sennheisers soon, so we'll see how they compare to what I've previously used.

I liked the Apple Ear buds  just for the Cord, it seemed to never tangle or rip the insulation, but they were rather uncomfortable and eventually broke. Now i'm just using a cheap pair of Sony Ear buds, very comfortable, but the cord is falling apart.

I tend to abuse my headphones...

I'm using cheap skullcandy earbuds. I would like to get some good over ear gear, but i don't know where to turn there.

Skullcandies are easily my favorite. Doesn't matter what style, they have the best sound quality IMO.

I went through three pairs of Apple earbuds, then stole some Radioshack ones from my dad. They sound terrible and are huge, but at least they don't break.

If you're looking for a cheap solution, the "Gummies" or whatever earbuds aren't bad and they're like 10 bucks. I'm using a pair right now.

Well I got my hesh today and are in love with them  Grin they are some of the best sounding and most comfortable headphones I have had. The titans are a little better because of heavier bass but these have better treble than my titans so I prefer these and for $35 how can you beat them.
